HR Manager | Ballybay, Co. Monaghan | 12-Month FTC

I'm currently partnering with a leading manufacturing business in Co. Monaghan to recruit an experienced HR Manager for their Ballybay site.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to take ownership of the people agenda at site level, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive employee engagement, talent development, performance, and organisational success.

Location: Ballybay, Co. Monaghan

Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Flexible: Full-time or 4-day week option available

Hybrid Working: 1 day per week from home

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the site HR strategy in line with business objectives
  • Deliver an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Lead performance management, talent development and succession planning initiatives
  • Partner with site leadership on workforce planning and organisational development
  • Coach and support managers to strengthen people management capabilities
  • Lead and develop the on-site HR team
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment legislation compliance
  • Drive employee engagement, culture and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyse and report on key people metrics to support business performance

 

Requirements:

  • Third-level qualification in HR or related discipline (CIPD desirable)
  • 3–5+ years' HR experience in a generalist HR management role
  • Previous experience within manufacturing, food production, FMCG or a similar operationalenvironment
  • Strong stakeholder management and employee relations experience
  • Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
