HR Administrator–Galway (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing Irish customer experience and outsourcing business to hire an HR Administrator for their expanding People & Culture team in Galway.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the operational and people-focused side of HR. You’ll support managers and employees across the business while helping drive engagement, culture initiatives, and employee experience as the organisation continues to grow.

What you’ll do

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
  • Support employee relations matters including performance management, absence management, disciplinary, and grievance processes
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with Irish employment legislation
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries
  • Support onboarding and help create a positive employee experience for new hires
  • Assist with employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
  • Create engaging internal communications using Canva and PowerPoint
  • Support presentations, internal campaigns, and employee communications

 

Who you are

  • 3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong understanding of Irish employment law
  • Comfortable managing employee relations matters
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Canva and PowerPoint for internal communications
  • Solutions-focused with a genuine interest in employee engagement and workplace culture
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
