Insurance Administrator 

RECRUITERS are actively looking to introduce an Insurance Administrative Assistant to a self- starting role in the Underwriting department of worldwide specialty Insurance services company with global offices covering P&C, War Casualties and Natural Disasters. 

What will my day look like? 

After hands on training you will obtain an expert understanding of each Division’s underwriting procedures, policies & processes. Daily tasks involve; navigating the system's multiple underwriting systems for quality assurance of processed work. Once experienced in the area, you will be challenged with reconciliation of paid premiums and Investigating outstanding debt and even training offshore teams on the process. A strong communicator, you'll work with decision makers in both the Dublin Office andUK teams. Expect regular communication with the Syndicate Manager and European Operations Manager. 

Sounds fantastic, how will I stand out? 

  • Desirably; you have had exposure to Insurance Administration (ideally 6 - 12 months) in a similar role
  • This is a multi-cultural empoyer so additional languages (e.g. Dutch, French or Spanish) are advantageous but not prerequisite.
