Insurance Sales Advisor - 1 day on site

Location: Galway ( 1 day on site)
Salary: 30K to 34K + uncapped bonus

We’re looking for a motivated New Business Advisor to join our growing insurance team. You’ll focus on helping customers find the right car and home insurance solutions while building strong, lasting relationships. This is a target-driven role with plenty of opportunity to earn bonuses and grow your career within the company.

What You'll Do:

• Sell car and home insurance to new customers
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Work in a fast-paced environment with clear targets and rewards

Your Skills & Experience:

• APA Personal General Insurance - Insurance sales experience is a MUST
• Sales experience in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills and phone manner
• Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach
• Good IT skills
