Office Administrator – €42–48k – Dublin 7 (Onsite)

Our client is a busy construction company in Dublin with a strong track record in residential, commercial, healthcare, and education projects. As they continue to grow, they’re now looking for a super-organised Office Administrator to join their office team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support multiple departments — from operations and site teams to training, tenders, and health & safety. If you’re the type who loves structure, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly, this one’s for you.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Keep internal systems organised and up to date

  • Manage documents, policies, forms, and procedures

  • Support the day-to-day running of the office and wider team

  • Liaise with teams across sites, commercial, H&S, training, and more

  • Help keep standards high and ensure smooth workflows

 

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years’ admin experience (senior or office lead level)

  • Super organised, sharp eye for detail, and can juggle multiple tasks

  • Great with Microsoft 365 – especially SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Friendly, confident communicator, on the phone and in person

  • Stamp 4 holder or European citizen 

 

Location: Dublin 7

Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00 am – 04:30 pm (04:00 pm Fridays)

This is an on-site role – no remote/hybrid
