Office Administrator – €42–48k – Dublin 7 (Onsite)
Our client is a busy construction company in Dublin with a strong track record in residential, commercial, healthcare, and education projects. As they continue to grow, they’re now looking for a super-organised Office Administrator to join their office team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support multiple departments — from operations and site teams to training, tenders, and health & safety. If you’re the type who loves structure, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly, this one’s for you.
Keep internal systems organised and up to date
Manage documents, policies, forms, and procedures
Support the day-to-day running of the office and wider team
Liaise with teams across sites, commercial, H&S, training, and more
Help keep standards high and ensure smooth workflows
3+ years’ admin experience (senior or office lead level)
Super organised, sharp eye for detail, and can juggle multiple tasks
Great with Microsoft 365 – especially SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel
Excellent written and spoken English
Friendly, confident communicator, on the phone and in person
Stamp 4 holder or European citizen
Location: Dublin 7
Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00 am – 04:30 pm (04:00 pm Fridays)
This is an on-site role – no remote/hybrid
Salary: €42,000–€48,000 (DOE)
