Senior Commercial Lines Account executive - Client Service

The Role

You’ll mainly be looking after an existing book of commercial clients, helping with renewals, changes to policies, claims support, and keeping customers happy. There’s also a chance to bring in some new business, but most of your time will be focused on managing the current clients.

 

You’ll work with a variety of small to medium risks including property, liability, motor fleet, and professional indemnity.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and keep a strong relationship with your portfolio of commercial clients
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business paperwork
• Suggest the right insurance cover across different areas like property, motor fleet, and liability
• Help with claims and guide clients through the process
• Make sure all your work follows company policies and industry rules

 

Profile:

• At least 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking (commercial insurance is a must).
• Strong understanding of areas such as Professional Indemnity, D&O, and Cyber
• APA or CIP qualified.
• Excellent client servicing, organisational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
