Engagement model

Our engagement model ensures that your specific requirements are documented and understood so that both parties are clear on the project's commitments and expected outcomes. It also paves the way for both parties to learn from findings that are identified at the beginning, middle and end. 

Step 1 - Understanding issues & challenges: we interview and review the appropriate staffing resources and documents to obtain a high-level understanding of your existing processes, issues, challenges and project opportunities. 

Step 2 - Proposal: We will develop a proposal that documents our understanding, key assumptions, expected deliverables, timeline and estimated project costs. 

Step 3 - Reporting: Once the proposal is agreed, we will prepare a detailed report on our findings, offer solutions and recommendations based on our findings in accordance with your standards. 

Each project is managed by RECRUITERS against agreed costs estimates, timelines and metrics from the outset. While we tailor each project to meet your specific mandate, our consultation usually falls into a fixed bid arrangement: 

Fixed bid arrangement: 

Fixed bid projects normally have a contractual commitment to costs, timelines and objectives with our clients. Such project billings are usually based on the size of the project on-hand, expected outcomes and recommendations. As always, RECRUITERS are flexible on our rates and happy to discuss what we can do for you based on your requirements and budget.
