An established and growing business is seeking a Logistics Administrator / Coordinator to join its operations team in delivery of multiple project-based works across Europe.

This position would suit someone with hands-on logistics or warehouse coordination experience who enjoys working in a developing, project-driven environment and is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day logistics activities.

In this role you will work closely with the operations, logistics and warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to support the coordination of deliveries, suppliers, and logistics information. The role plays a key part in ensuring materials are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with project requirements.

What will I be doing day-to-day?

  • Coordinate supplier invoices, order confirmations, and act as the main contact for delivery-related queries
  • Maintain and update delivery dates and locations to support project timelines
  • Produce and manage delivery schedules, flagging any risks or delays
  • Coordinate deliveries and resolve supply or logistics issues with suppliers, warehouse, and site teams
  • Communicate clearly with warehouse teams regarding inbound materials, cross-docking, stock booking, and consolidation
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems and provide general logistics and administrative support
  • Attend logistics and project meetings as required and support the Logistics Manager, including cover during leave

What experience makes me eligible?

  • 3+ years’ experience in logistics administration, warehouse coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes
  • Comfortable working with procurement information, delivery data, and operational documentation
  • Experience in project-based or less structured environments is highly desirable
  • Adaptable, practical, and solutions-focused
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
